The Krzyzowa Foundation is member in a number of networks concerning voluntary service, both as hosting and sending organisation. Since 1995 pax christi in Aachen sends two German volunteers every year to support the Youth Meeting Centre. 

From 2005 to 2009 we hosted the 'memoria. Volunteers for European Cultural Heritage' programme. Young adults from Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic worked in various cultural organisations in Lower Silesia. The project was co-funded by the German foundation 'Remembrance, Responsibility, Future' (Erinnerung, Verantwortung und Zukunft).

From 2009 to 2011 we hosted the programme 'Volunteers in Preservation of Garden Monuments' . Each year 14 volunteers from Germany and Poland worked in four parks. In Poland the St. Hedwigs Foundation in Morawa, Gronow Palace (approx. 8 km from Görlitz/Zgorzelec) and the Krzyzowa Foundation act as hosts, in Germany the volunteers work in Altdöbern. The project is realised in close co-operation with the ijgd Brandenburg.

From 1 August 2011 to 31 October 2012, Foundation is carrying out a program Volunteering for civil society in cooperation with Pax Christi Aachen. Project is financed by the program Youth in Action.
Volunteers from Germany help children and youth to get to know the history of Krzyżowa, stimulate and promote actions aimed at consolidation of a peaceful and tolerant coexistence of nations, social groups and individuals, referring to the spiritual heritage of the Krzyżowa Circle and working towards European understanding.

Since September 2011, Foundation has been cooperating with Landesvereinigung kulturelle Kinder- und Jugendbildung Sachsen-Anhalt e.V Association and has been conducting an International Volunteer Program for Culture and Education, which is co-financed by FRG Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. Volunteers work at institutions for the elderly, young people as well as at educational and cultural posts.

Apart from this Krzyżowa, especially the Memorial Site, are a place for Volunteers of the Third Age. This voluntary Service is designed for older people who wish to use their time, knowledge and abilities for others.
