Since 2000, the Internation Youth Meeting Centre in Krzyżowa has hosted the biggest international meeting of guitar players in Poland.

Apart from learning to play the accoustic guitar, the programme of the Summer Guitar Course includes jazz guitar, fingerstyle guitar and bass guitar workshops. Each year, as part of the course, the participants form a guitar orchestra. There are also concerts of invited stars and the participants, lectures and video shows.

In the years 2000-2010, within the Summer Guitar Course, well-known musicians, guitar players and lecturers visited Krzyżowa:
