The aim of the projects is to help international groups to gain inter-cultural experience through collaborative, practical work outside the premises of the Krzyżowa Foundation. Such work for multinational groups takes place all over the grounds and in the area of Krzyżowa. For example, people can work in an ecological herb garden ‘na Kapeli’, or at a newly created biotop with a system of canals just outside the walls of the castle.

Regional ecology and ‘zero emission’ are two main themes of the “Travelling university” project. It is an interdisciplinary seminar that is aimed at students of the Environment Campus at Birkenfeld, also called the ‘zero emission’ campus.

You are cordially invited to Krzyżowa for a taster course in the fields of landscape architecture and Land Art. You will get in touch with other people from different countries who share this passion.
