The aim of the projects is to help international groups to gain inter-cultural experience through collaborative, practical work outside the premises of the Krzyżowa Foundation. Such work for multinational groups takes place all over the grounds and in the area of Krzyżowa. For example, people can work in an ecological herb garden ‘na Kapeli’, or at a newly created biotop with a system of canals just outside the walls of the castle.

During their stay at the International Youth Meeting Centre the participants will jointly discuss ecological issues, especially those related to the desired trans nationality of ecological action and environmental protection, and will draw up shared aims in this field. Special attention will be paid towards public welfare and a sensible approach towards nature.

In the course of the workshops the participants will be familiarised with the basics of ecological behaviour, especially in companies, renewable energy sources and the development of a 'green', energy sensible lifestyle. Opportunities will be given to explore the region around Krzyżowa outside the workshop sessions .
