 With a lecture by Dr. Kazimierz Wóycicki and a workshop for teachers and other Multiplikatoren, both concerning the perception of the 9th of november 1989, on the 4th and 5th of november 2009 a cycle of events organized by the Kreisau Foundation and the House of Meeting History (Dom Spotkan z Historia) started.Under the title „Poles and Germans – a common history, two perspectives“ nine events on german-polish history took place until June 2010. In a workshop-part, participants discussed ways of dealing with this topics with international youth groups. Before that, an open speech was given in the House of Meeting History. This series of events was made possible because of funding through the Foundation for German-Polish Cooperation. |
