In Summer of 2010 this arttherapeutical project took place for the first time in Krzyzowa with young people aged 18 to 26 from poland and germany.

The programm provides a variety of different arttherapeutical and exercisetherapeutical offers which the particants attend in small mixed groups. During the project, the participants learn to expand their coordinational and manual skills while expressing their feelings in a creative way. Among others, they will get to know the method of drawing with 10 fingers, acting in the black light theatre, painting with printing colours, ceramic works or exercises for concentration.

In international groups and the new surroundings, participants will learn self-reliance, taking care of human relationships, cope with stress and finding solution to conflicts and problems.
Thanks to this cooperation, the young people develop communication among each other even though the language barriers remain.
The workshops in art, ceramics, theatre and movement are provided by experienced social pedagoges and arttherapists from different countries.
