The Lower Silesian Federation of nonfederal Organizations situated in Wrocław represents nongovernmental organisations in Lower Silesia.

92 Organizations belong to it. The federations main goal is to extend cooperations and exchange information and experiences between the organization. It represents nongovernmental organizations on the local government authority and public administration.
The Kreisau Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe has been a member of the Lower Silesian Federation of nonfederal Organizations since 2004.
