EURO 2012 is closer and closer. It is especially visible in the cities which are hosts of the Football Championship. Krzyżowa has already started countdown last summer with the project „Europe- the first whistle. Football&music.”. During European Football Championship, children and youth aged 10-17 from Poland, Germany and Ukraine will come to the International Youth Meeting Place for the second edition of the project. One of the points of the program is, among others, concert of participants which will be held in Theater Hall in Świdnica on June 8th at 3:30 p.m., related to the inauguration of European Football Championship EURO 2012.

Wszystkie drogi prowadzą do Krzyżowej... Z tego powodu w Międzynarodowym Domu Spotkań Młodzieży po raz pierwszy spotkało się szesnastu uczniów z czwartych i piątych klas Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 8 w Świdnicy oraz ich trzynastu rówieśników z partnerskiej szkoły im. Nelsona Mandeli w Berlinie. Cztery dni uczestnicy poznawali swoich szkolnych partnerów i brali udział w wiosennych warsztatach teatralno-medialno-plastycznych.
